Hi all, I've sent you guys the time schedule for the photoshoot. Please kindly inform the students regarding their respective reporting time (in time schedule jpg) and date. Please download your respective time schedule. (No changing of timing and dates are allowed as my team and I have already planned everything out. I hope you'll understand.) DXPD & DCMD - 21st Dec 2009, Monday DARCH - 22nd Dec 2009, Tuesday DID - 23rd Dec 2009, Wednesday DLA - 28th Dec 2009, Monday DGDD - 29th Dec 2009, Tuesday *Please note that students should arrive earlier than their expected reporting time in order for the shoot to run smoothly. *There will also be a makeup artist present for all the days. Students will have to pay $10 each if they wish to have their makeup done by the makeup artist. (Otherwise, self application of makeup is not allowed, as it won't be consistent as the rest.) Also, students should arrive 30 minutes before their expected reporting time if they wish to have their makeup done by the makeup artist. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Regarding the material specs for building the origami structures, you can get the paper needed at Fancy Paper: Fancy Paper 420, North Bridge Road #01-26 North Bridge Centre, Singapore 188727 Tel: 6336 6132 Fax: 6336 6232 (Near Bras Basah Complex and Bugis Junction) You will need to get A2 sized papers of 230gsm each. The paper has to be Matt, NOT glossy. Should get 3 shades of whatever your course colour is. (meaning, DCMD will get 3 different shades of yellow coloured paper) Number of paper is up to individual courses. It should be enough to build around 10 structures with maximum height of 75cm. (Not all 75cm, can have a variation of tall and short structures.) All sturctures should be done by 18th Dec 2009, Friday. You will have to show me what you guys have done by sending me a photo of the structures, etc. (In order for me to make sure everything is done before the shoot.) *A gentle reminder, as for the photoshoot, students are to wear anything they want as long as it's black/white/grey (plain or with minimal prints) + an accessories with respective course colour. As for the bottom wise, students are free to wear anything (skirt, pants, shorts, jeans) as long as its not in super loud colours like neon green or hot pink, etc. (eg: I'm from DCMD, I might wear a white sweater and short pants with a yellow watch and yellow belt.) Thank you for your time. See you guys on the photoshoot day! Minhua :) ![]() |
